Creating Profile on Freelancing Sites to Earn Online

Many sites offering freelance jobs, even you type a keyword online data entry jobs in google.com or any other search engine like www.yahoo.com, www.msn.com, www.bing.com   you will find thousands of sites offering these jobs. The question is all these sites are really offering the job or some of them are fake?

The answer is if yes| most sites are only collecting some amount in the name of registering the users and providing them regular works with a decent income monthly.  Even they provide bogus payment proofs to attract the new user. Avoid these sites and don’t lose your money.

Before creating the profile with these sites also search the reviews for sites, their payments, you will got their positive and negative reviews.   Especially when you search low-level jobs such as data entry you have to careful while paying the registration or sign up charges.

The first step is to choose the proper site to create the profile. One of my friend's was asking that he has created profile on different websites, but the issues again he is not getting jobs. Here are some tips to quick start earning through freelance sites.

Make your profile properly.

Just signing up to online job sites is not enough for quick earning, you need to put you proper information. Create an attractive title, mention your education, skills, your previous projects if any, your email, skype and others contacts.

 Overview.

Some newly registering users try to define themselves that they need money and making their personal overview very difficult to understand. Like I had go through one my friend's profile as he has written that he has less income and wants to boost his income through online earning. This is wrong as I would guide him correct his overview as he is the right person for the jobs.

Initially concentrate with one or two sites.

Making profile with every site is easy, but you cannot pay attention to each site to check the newly added jobs if you have signups more than two or three sites. Initially try to avoid making your presence with more sites. By this, you will got enough time to concentrate.

Try to take some test projects.
Initially try to convince the client to provide some test projects, this will build confidence and provide chances to prove your skills. I have also shared some tips for freelance beginners in my previous article Freelancing jobs for beginners.

Hopefully, the above steps will definitely help new freelancers to start their earning. Keep in touch with www.cashyourskills.net for more content for freelancing and blogging tips.

Freelancing jobs for beginners

The word freelancing is very common, and everyone is searching online jobs on different freelancing sites. There are certain categories with these sites, for beginners it is quite difficult to get a job easily. There are many reasons for not getting job for newcomers. Providers and companies do not trust with newly registered people, they have value for their time and don’t want to experience with inexperience personals. However, with data entry, admin support categories someone can start his/her careers with less amount bidding and can easily win the jobs.

When you start your career as a freelancer, you have to bid less and try to catch a small project for which you are sure to do the project perfectly, so the client is happy to work with. Once you complete the project the client review the project and give you a strong feedback, means you have no further hurdles to catch other projects. Your profile is the guarantee of your success.

Many students try to catch highly paid projects and fail to deliver to the client, as the result they got negative feedback and once feedback is negative with your profile then there are fewer chances to sustain in the online job market. The highly paid clients always check your profile before they assign a task.  They have importance for the cash and time.

My suggestion for new registering users to apply for those jobs where your skills are absolutely perfect to do the job and you are also confident to deliver. Also, check the profile of the client to whom you are going to start your first job, check his reviews for his/her previous projects, his payments to the workers, his/her provided feedback, attitude, communication to employees. Always keep good communication to the client, deliver the project timely and avoid miracles. If face some problems with the job always share with clients. Give preference to hourly jobs, most sites guarantee payments for hourly jobs.

There is no shortcut in freelancing if you work you will pay. When you start bid low, try easy projects, do them timely. The most important thing is your profile the feedback you get.  Put your correct information, photo, email and other contacts, If you can attach some projects with your profile this is also good.  You can increase rates with time to time when you got good reviews by clients.

Initially, you don’t need to invest cash you have skills and only you can cash your skills. Remember everyone starts with Zero $. I have practical experience with some personals, who start with 0.5USD/hour and now they are charging 25USD/hour or more.

The right place to know how to cash your skills.

There are many ways to generate a decent income while sitting in front of a laptop with an internet connection. If you have good basic education i.e at least if you can read and write in English then it is enough to start a minimum income to meet your expenses.

The Idea is to do freelancing jobs. Now a days there are many internet based platforms like odesk.com, e-lance.com and many others where you can easily get yourselves registered and start to work online based on your skills. The jobs posted on these sites are categories in to different areas. Some categories are highly paid i.e web programming, web design, e-commerce, and some of the categories may have less budgeted tasks / jobs.

To start working with these sites you have to create your profile, put your correct information, photo and other educational information and experiences and select your appropriate category where you can work. The final step is to apply for the jobs, remember when you are applying try to understand the client's profile, requirements, his previous given projects to others, his reviews etc. If you have previous experience also share work done as examples with your profile.

For an ordinary business we need money to invest, while we can start internet business without money or with nominal investment and it does not require huge amount.  All you need is your skills, a free profile on a freelancing site like www.odesk.com, a reliable internet connection and last but not least time available to accomplish your task well in time. Only some sites require nominal fee to apply for the jobs, remaining sites offers free signups. Remember as when you signup on a site as new contractor /freelancer, you will definitely have no previous work done to show, and employeres are usually looking for individuals having relevant experience. This is the reason why initially it takes time to hunt your first online job. But remember every one starts in similar circumstances, and it is your patience and efforts which ultimately make your efforts a success!
