Freelancer.com is another good site with 12 million users and more than 6 million projects around the globe.  With freelancer.com, you can start IT-related jobs i.e PHP developers, web developers, Programmers, coding with HTML, designing with CSS, content writers, SEO.   Unlike odesk, elance, and freelance has some bad reviews and complaints by freelancers.
